Yes, I do have an owner e-mail list - and I'll shoot an e-mail when v5 is ready to download. Was shooting for Friday, but we had another bug show up with the NMEA output. I may release today even with this open issue...everything else seems to be working great.

I didn't see the flight timer issued noted in the update. Has that been fixed??? (the reset whenever the speed drops below 10mph or thereabouts)

Way to go Walter! It is just so refreshing to see a company that is so customer oriented like yours is. I have never bought a product for my aircraft that gives so much value for the small investment. I can't wait for the new version. I will be testing it on my way from Dallas, TX (HQZ) to Sun N Fun. Keep up the grat work.

Version 5 may now be downloaded! I'm going to start a new thread with some more information.

Thanks!

I used v5 yesterday. I saw a very small upgrade download size, but "about said v5". I did not see much new. The realse notes do not address v5. Could I see a synopsis about what was done to make it a v5?

Due to the many requests I no longer am able to follow the forum as actively as I used to do. I may have been aware of what was trying to be addressed if I had kept up.

I read:

"Version 5 Software is almost here and we can't wait to get in your hands! Key new features include: Autopilot support (aka "NMEA Output"), Airspace alerts, and a much improved Airport Information page are few for starters. This new update is currently in final beta testing. Based on the feedback we are receiving from our testers, we truly believe you are going to be impressed. More detailed information on new features and other enhancements are outlined below."

I do like the smaller GPS banner. If all in that synopsis is correct, I have for what I am asking.
