So, now that I'm flying with the Statux, I notice the info box keeps score of ADS-B METARS, TAFs and PIREPS. I presume the METARs update on the chart with the colored dots, if that layer is enabled. I presume that I go to the More Info page from Quick View Wx for in-flight TAFs.

I see that PIREPS are also selectable there. Question: Is there some kind of symbol on the chart for aircraft that have reported PIREPS, as their used to be in the old FSS days? Not that pilots submit PIREPS like we used to, but just curious how one knows that an ADS-B PIREP has been issued in your area.

Correct, the METARs will update on the chart and you get get Winds, TAF and PIREPs by touching the WX and more info.

At this time we do not show the Pirep icons on the charts. Something to consider, I'll put it on the wishlist.
