Here are two recent NOTAMs in my area:

Both of these happen to be at airports (3VA3 and 7VG0) but I often see just azimuth and distance from a VOR (in these, 123 at 9 nm from CSN and 083 at 3.8 nm from CSN). These show different radii (1 nm and 3 nm) from the specified spot.
My request is for me to add restricted zones or user added airspaces where I can specify the azimuth, distance, and nm radius from a VOR. Once entered, it would be like a custom location (removed only when I remove it since these areas are often seen in the NOTAMs) but would be like a restricted area that would warn me if I am close. For the example of the aerobatic area at the Flying Circus, 3VA3, it is very close to the pattern for Culpeper, KCJR, so, in this case, I just want to see a red 1 nm circle centered at the specified location and not flashing displays or warning bells.
