I searched through the code, and it appears you must be referring to the ADS-B Alert that triggers.   As of now, I don't see of a way to disable this alert.  If you are connected to an ADS-B device, and it loses connection with the Tower, this alert will always show - as far as I can see.  I suppose we should give the user the option to disable this.

In order to investigate this further, please be more explicit on what you are seeing.   Is it popping the full Alerts box each time, or is it just making the blue button appear/flash?  It's possible I missed stuff in my code review; so it really helps to know exactly what you are seeing. (i.e. just the button, or the alert box text each time?)

I wonder if one does not get a Text Alert when the ADS-B Instrument is active? ('Cause it shows "Out of Range" messages and the like.)
