SkyVector files the flight plans via Lockheed Martin Flight Services. Maybe you are simply wanting to plan on SkyVector, then File and share it with iFly GPS? This is on the wishlist and include AOPA planner as well.

I concur with the suggestion to load plans from the AOPA flight planner.
