Well just in case I have it pencilled in on the bottom of my emergency checklist.

For a smart watch, I could see nearest airport with direction being a nice feature, something I relegate my 496 for usually. Also, maybe automatically starting a timer at the Final Approach Fix during instrument approaches, this should be feasable with the automatic loading of waypoints for approaches in a coming release.

I wear an android wear device and have thought about this for a while. There are already a few good options for some ancillary requests. For instance, I use an app called "interval timer" for switching tanks and it seems to work well. I think the best use case would be the notification of alerts and the ability to dismiss or acknowledge them. The problem I see, is that I, and I imagine most people, have the smart watch connected to their phone and use the tablet for navigation. I certainly wouldn't want to go through the trouble of unpairing my phone and pairing to the tablet constantly, and since we just recently got the ability to share flight plans, I think unified alerts have to be a long way off.

I don't have a solution to any of this, lol, just pointing out potential issues. I would love to be notified of traffic via a buzz on my wrist!
