sharing flight plan

How do I share a specific flight plan with another person? Don't even know where to start looking or filename extension. Thanks.

Connect both devices to the same WiFi network. Then open the flight plan and go to More Options -> Share With Local Devices..., then hit Share Plan.

On the other device, hit Accept Plan in the window that pops up.

I have to email it to him, or something, as he is in a different part of the US. When I pulled it down from the windows machine onto the Android phone, it was comma-delineated text.

Can you share information to a diffferent user account?

Sharing flight plans is a good feature suggestion, but in the meantime, your best bet is likely just typing it out in an email to your buddy and letting him tap it back in on his end.

I know a pilot couple who share a single FltPlan.com account, and do their flight planning there. That could be another option.
