When you have a problem, it's easy to send a bug report to the iFly developers:
Menu > About > Send Bug Report
It will ask you which log to send. If you choose "Use Default", it will send the log from the last run of iFly, so if the program crashes, just restart it and send the default log. If you see funny behavior but iFly doesn't crash, terminate iFly, restart it, and then send the default log.
This works well on tablets, where it will automatically open and populate an email using the default email app. This may or may not work so well on Windows, since many people don't use an installed app for email, but rather use web-based tools.
You can also manually attach a log file if the "send bug report" option doesn't work well for you, but it might be best to call customer service in that case and talk to someone about your issue. They can walk you through how to manually send a log file if necessary.
