Has anyone used a tripltek tablet?
$599 for cellular capable android with 10 cores, 1200 nits, titanium case.... seems like one heck of an iFly display according to the spec sheet.

Looks pretty neat and that it's supposed to be used for drone flying, so we can assume it's very sunlight readable and it's got a battery!
Very interesting. While the 740 works fine and is bright enough in my RV, I'm tempted to get this for the versatility of an android tablet.
Nice find! From what I can find in a quick search, the 740 has 1300 nits, the 740b 1100. My Galaxy Tab S2 about 550, and the Tab A at 470 or so. The Tabs are definetly inferior to the 740 in the cockpit, but work most times. I think I'll be replacing one with a TripleTek though ---
It does not have a connector to plug in an external gps antennae.
It does not have capability to power via 12VDC, but will maintain power via usb connection.
