Robert, thank you.   And I misspoke above, as I just found the other logs you sent me earlier, which I had forgotten about.  

The "high flying alien" issue is now Fixed for version 11.1.   Occasionally these aircraft are publishing a constant altitude of "Max Value - 1", which appears invalid.   According to the ADSB spec only "Max Value" is supposed to be invalid, and makes no mention of "Max Value - 1".   Since 102,350 MSL appears to be a very unlikely altitude, we're going to treat this instead as "Altitude Unknown".

They won't be filtered out.  They'll just simply won't show an altitude on the map, and if clicked will show '???' for Altitude.
