I think it might be a good feature if we could turn it off if we didn't want to use it.

It is not considered to be an acceptable engineering practice a “good feature” if you “turn it off and didn’t want to use it”.

A lot of features of iFly are good for some, but not all. Some features are good for VFR, but not IFR. Some features you might want to use at times, but not other times. You already said you wouldn't use it. We get that. Others would.
