On the tablet, did you explicitly set 192.168.10.1 as your gateway for connecting to the stratux?

Skypuppy --  NO  I didn't do that and not sure how I would set that.   Sounds like you are on to something though.........   I can enter 192.168.10.1 in web browser and it shows connected, with menus etc, but how does that translate over the the iFly App???

Bill,

It shouldn't be necessary to specify the gateway.  If you can access the Stratux from a browser on your LG tablet, then you must be properly connected.  And I don't know why iFly couldn't see the same data - unless the Android OS is preventing it.  You can check this by going to Android Settings -> Apps -> iFly GPS -> Permissions -> then select the option to see All Permissions.  Do you see "have full network access" and "view Wi-Fi connections" in the results?

(Note, the exact steps to get to this setting may be different on your device)

BEFORE you start up iFly ---

Easiest way is: 0) stratux is powered and both red and green LED's are on (red MUST be solid) 1) before you try to link up with stratux, 2) find the tablet setting's wifi page, 2) look at all the wifi sources listed.  3a) if stratux is one of your options, select it and you're good to go.  3b) If you don't see stratux there, something is wrong. Either stratux is not powered up, not stable yet (only takes moments), the SD card is corrupted, or hardware failure somewhere.  There may be other options but I can't think of them at the moment.  :)
