Since you are a beta tester, this morning I have published early 9.7 beta release with some extra logging. To help us figure out the issue, please install this new beta release, and then go to the Flight Plan and select "Load another Plan" THREE times. On the third time, iFly will add in a lot of debug statements into the log file (on the third time the "Load Flight Plan" form is shown). Then after doing that 3x, send us another Bug Report, and this log will show us the details of folder contents that it is finding or not finding.

I installed 9.7 and had to hit load then cancel to go back and hit it again. Did that 3x

This log file still says it's from 9.6.11, first line of the log. Either the installation of 9.7 didn't work, or you sent me a previous log (not the latest).
