In case it is of interest, I'll tell you a bit about how this feature works. The publishing device is sending out local UDP broadcast packets, which are then heard by the other devices on your network. It's a one-way transmission only.
So if a device is unable to share its plan with other devices, this most likely means one of two things:
1. The network or device is preventing that device from sending out Broadcast UDP packets, OR
2. The network or device is preventing the listening devices from listening to locatl Broadcast UDP.
Off the cuff, I would suspect #1 to be the case. This issue is on my list to address for the next 9.3 production release. Thank you both for providing the great feedback!
