Greetings.

I am using the Nexus 7 (2nd edition) and would like to have it on the yoke (rather than in my lap). Are there any yoke mounts that are preferable for the Nexus 7 tablet? Thanks.

I have the same tablet, and have it yoke-mounted. Here are the parts I purchased from RAM (these are clickable links, in case that's not obvious):

RAM-HOL-TAB18U

RAM-B-121-238U

I'm very pleased with how it fits.

I agree with Jim. A side window or corner windshield mount works great. Doesn't block anything and the tablet is right under your nose. The effective size of the screen is much larger than a kneeboard mount or even a yoke mount.

Has anyone tried the X-Clamp style of holder for the Nexus 7? Something like this.
