Thank you for reporting this bug. I'm pretty sure it's a software glitch, and not your device. It's on my bug list to be fixed soon.

The deviation in time can be caused with a lost GPS signal (or ADSB signal if you are using it). I'll insert logic to make this a little more forgiving, which will probably clear up the lag.

BTW, this Flight Duration lag has been fixed in the latest beta release.

Is it possible to set an alarm (sound) on that timer (i.e. switch fuel tanks alert!)?
