An alternative is this:
1. Install and run the "BlueTooth GPS" app mentioned by Shane.
2. Turn your N7's GPS Location Services back on.


The BlueTooth GPS application works like this:
1. It reads the GPS data from the Dual XGPS.
2. It then sets the N7's "mock location" to match it.
3. iFly GPS reads in this Location, and has no idea it is a "mock location" set by the Bluetooth GPS app.


So if nothing else works, try this, and it should work fine.

You should then see the solid blue light to indicate that the BlueTooth GPS app is doing it's job.
