for the non beta android software .I mentioned this issue months ago .Removing and reinstalling has no effect other than causing me time to download and reconfigure my ifly program all over again .

Chas,

Unfortunately, this is something related to some Android devices. They are apparently caching the icons internally on the device. A new tablet and fresh install will result in the "non-beta" icon. I've actually re-installed our app on numerous android tablets, and a good number will retain that old "beta icon. I'm betting it is cached in an android folder or app images. I'll see about tracing it down and seeing if deleting it help.

I installed ifly on a brand new tablet and still have beta icon .Quite possibly some remnants were on the ext sd card when i swapped device .

I installed it on a brand new android tablet without any SD card and I still got the "beta."
