I attempted to extend my subscription using my iPad. I encountered  I was unable to do so and encountered an error stating that there was a communication error with ITunes. I was connected to WiFi, I did sign out of iTunes and retry. I did also reboot the iPad. 

 

Ideas??

I have the same problem.everytime I try it, it cancels the request. 2 different devices, signed out and back in, same problem.

Sorry for my delay on responding here.  Please try to extend your subscription once more, and after it fails, then restart iFly, and select "Menu => About => Send Bug Report => Select files => scroll down to "log_Purchases.txt".    This way we can see the detailed log, and maybe determine the fix.

There is no "purchase.txt" in the logs.
