Skygaurd told me it is. Howver, the FAA policies are subject to change in the blink of an eye, to whatever costs us pilots the most aggravation and money, as you well know.

I disagree. I find the FAA to be very helpful.

Well, that post and the one you edited were certainly constructive forum advice. I use this forum to maintain proficiency and to contribute when I can.
