where is the read me file for 9.3.23?

I just installed 9.3.23 and went to MENU, About, Version and contact. The "What's New" button does not bring up the latest rev info.It returns to the map.

Hi Matt,

This bug has been corrected for the next version release. You can contact our support and they can send you a file to replace the softwareversion.txt with. This will fix that bug.
