Rich,

How did you wire the WIFI to the ADS600B. The install manual I have doesn't have the latest WiFi interconnect diagram in it?

Just wondering because I don't think RS-232 is a direct wire to a USB cable and that is what they sent me.

I have an email sent to Bill but I have not heard anything back from him yet.

Thanks,
Mike

The current NavWorx install manual posted here http://www.navworx.com/documents/TSOADS600-BInstallationManual240-0008-00-33.pdf shows the Wi-Fi connection on page 48. The Wi-Fi dongle ties into the DB37 connector. I just upgraded the original Wi-Fi dongle with their newest one that supports DHCP and I understand up to 7 connected devices. I tested it today with my iFly720, iPhone, and iPad (on iFly S/W). All connected and were receiving data from the NavWorx.

Rich,

The current install manual is 240-0021-00-13 dated 7-28-15 The one you referenced is the old one that is still up on their website. The drawing on that page has the WiFi connecting to a DB-9 serial connector not the supplied USB cable for the new WiFi module. Did you use a USB to serial converter/cable for the new WiFi module?

I can email you the current install manual if you would like?

Thanks,
Mike

No, the Wi-Fi adapter came with a USB cable that had one connector cut off. There were instructions that came with it to showed the pin-out into the DB37 connector. Same with the Transmon adapter. Yep, I would like to see the latest manual.

Rich,

That's how mine came as well. USB cable with one end cut off but I have no instructions for the pin out to the DB-37. The new manual doesn't specify it either. If you give me your email I can send it to you.

Thanks,
Mike
