Logs

Does any one have software that process the GPS logs? Looking for something simple that lists dates, start/end time and duration. It would be nice to have that information available without having to actually look at the logs. Maybe a future release could provide that analysis function. I currently use the IFLY 700.

Try Googling; there are several sites on the web that will allow you to plot your GPS data logs in various ways.

Give this site a shot and see if it does what you want: www.gpsvisualizer.com/

Hi Cobra,

Can you or anyone point me to where the log(s) are in iFly... And/or where I'd see it .. What folder..viewing the SD card ?

logs is something I haven`t touched in iFly... But if I could visualize it with something like that app..that would be useful.

Alex

On the SD card, your GPS logs are in the User/Logs folder. Filenames are in the form of a 14-digit number and a ".log" extension (the number indicates a date and time).

Don't get confused by the similarly-named User/#Logs folder. That folder hold diagnostic files to aid in troubleshooting iFly GPS bugs.

Cobra,

Thanks for the feedback. The web site wasnt exactly what I was looking for (but lots of good stuff), so I wrote my own vb routine in excell to get wat I wanted.
