Yes, Vector Mode will also show terrain and obstructions. We are also adding a Macro-Zoom to Vector Mode so you will be able to zoom in very tight. Basically down to less that 1/3 mile screen spread. Very useful for tight navigating and micro managing your flight line. We are also adding in some higher resolution elements to the basemap and showing select details based on zoom levels. We will continue to add more to this as well.

I think you will like the Version 7 Release. Our beta testers are loving it and very pleased with the additions. Coming soon!

It certainly is slicker but I liked the verbal walk through of the old one. I was expecting a narrator to come in about 1/2 way through in this one. It seems kind of long without some kind of narrated demo. Perhaps when you have some spare time you could create some short narrated demos of the various features to use as training aids.

By the way, is the home page new to ver. 7?

Good feedback. We actually have plans for this to be the Product Video and to have a Video Vault of specific features with narrative. This teaser video is to capture interest and demonstate and overview. The feature specific video will be more for tutorial and detailed info.

Also, the new home page on the unit in the video is the home page on the iFly 720, the 700 remains the same. We used the 720 for the video so we could capture all features available in both units.

It might work reasonably well as an attention grabber but I would suggest you make it shorter. 7+ minutes is a lot of attention grabbing.
