I'm on an extended trip and cannot get flight plan sharing to work between my Samsung S10 and my 740.

Even when I'm in a hotel room and both are connected to the same wifi it simply never works. 

I enable " share with local devices" and nothing happens. 

I may have had it work once in the past but over the past three weeks of flying almost daily I have not been able to get it to work even once.

Am I missing something?

I have a number of complex flight plans on the IFly app on my phone that I would love to share with the 740. But even in my hotel room, with both devices connected to the same wifi, it does not work. I've tried this multiple times in different hotel room in the last few days and no joy.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hotel WiFi as a rule doesn't work with the 7 series at all bc they have "second level" security (ie. instead of putting in a network key they are unsecured but force you to click the button that says "click here to connect) plus there is probably some restriction on file sharing protocols on their network.
